Tom Hanks is suggesting Toy Story 4 is on the way?

I really enjoyed 3, but it sort of felt like it had reached the end... And doesn't need any more?

As you say, TS3 wrapped up the trilogy perfectly. I assumed they would wait a decade or more and then maybe revisit the characters to see where they are when Bonnie gets older, but nothing so soon.

On the other hand it makes sense. I believe TS3 was Pixar's largest financial success yet.

No thank you, Mr. Hanks.

I agree, let it die already. The series ended on the perfect note. Hollywood doesn't know how to let a franchise end with class anymore. They squeeze every bit of revenue they can out of theatrical releases, like a pimp working a high-class escort till she's a two-bit whore, then when every last scrap of dignity is gone, they go for a couple straight-to-disc movies for good measure. Disgraceful.

Why not continue the characters in shorts like they've done recently in Hawaiian Vacation? I would have no problem with that. Just keep TS alive in shorts to show before their new original films.

Don't you mean T.Hanks, but no T.Hanks?
