Hi, does anyone know the name of the tune that is put on the record player by Stephen when they are about to play cards,(some kind of guitar or banjo i think)

I heard it on the radio about 2yrs ago but never got the name of it,

I have both the Goblins soundtrack and Incidential Soundtrack, but not on any,

Hope someone can give me a hand in finding this..
Thx

Very impressive, Philly_Swat.

Any idea who performed the piece? Just wondering, but I'm sure with the song name this sort of info can be googled etc.

Ok, after searching ,ive found this,

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00006AFKC/102-8007449-9985728?v=glance&n=5174

It does sound like same sort of music but the CANTANDO track demo doesnt sound quite right to me,
If you know who the track is by m8 can you let me know

Banjo?

Nope,

It's classical, nylon stringed, guitar.

I would love to find the tablature for that song though! I would like to learn it.

I could do that for you. But only the part that's heard in the film.....I don't have anyway to hear MP3's or anything like that on this computer.

Can you write tab??

thats sweet, I would be grateful just for the tab of the part in the movie.

It sounds like the movement is only on the bottom (1st) string and that the others are being played open, at least for part of the song.

Heck yeah man, Ill take it!

Yeah....after you play for a while, you can start to learn things by ear.

I'll see what I can do for ya....

By "bottom string", do you mean the high E or low E?....

Not to mention, it may not even be in standard tuning(EADGBE). I can't even recall the song at the moment, but If I have time tonight I will look into it for you.

High E, string 1, bottom in relation to the way you hold the geetar (unless your hendrix)

I appreciate it man!

It's left handed....not the "Hendrix style"
