From the soundtrack to the visuals to the game play (which is awesome, yet tiring with Kinect) it is a must play if you liked games like Rez back in the day.

Child of Eden, the NPD told Joystiq, sold approximately 34,000 units in its debut month, ranking at number 83.

Anyone with a 360 should pick it up, regardless if you have Kinect or not. One of the best games so far this year.
