If you aren't familiar with Coast to Coast AM (formerly hosted by Art Bell) it is a radio show that features topics of the paranormal, supernatural, UFO's, conspiracies, etc. If there isn't a local station near you that is broadcasting CTC it can also be heard online and through mobile apps.

There seems to be an increasing number of talk shows with these Zombie Apocalypse type topics, which has never been the case with the ever popular vampires. Add in the U.S. Navy and CDC featuring articles about how to deal with a zombie outbreak, is there something on the horizon that "those in the Know" are trying to send a message to the people about?

Good call - I'll try to catch this- sounds interesting, though I find it hard to stay up to hear a whole segment on that show. Coast to Coast AM is what I resort to when I cannot fall asleep - puts me out like a sleeping pill.

Good one. I agree. Coast To Coast is really hit or miss, in my opinion. I'm not a big fan of George Noorey. I prefer Art Bell. I wish he'd come out of "retirement" and host full time again. Is he still living in the Philippines?

Yes, he is. I'm just the opposite, I prefer George any day of the week over Art. Art is too argumentative and if he disagrees with someone he pulls a Larry King and basically cuts them off in not allowing them to really express their opinions. George on the other hand pretty much allows people to express their thoughts/opinions on their thoughts without being condescending/judgemental for the most part (unless someone is being an ass) with some amusement too. And when you're going on a show from 1AM - 5AM in the morning with the only pay being your publicity you're receiving, you don't need to be hounded for expressing your thoughts. Everyone knows if you're on that show you're either semi-nuts (Kathleen Keating) or outright crazy anyway (i.e. Ed Dames, Al Bielek, Sylvia Browne). With that said, I prefer Ian Punnett as a host over all the rest of them because of his fascination for Theology like me.

Personally, I absolutely dig C2CAM. I listen just about every day here at work through my headset on my computer and I'm a stream-link member so I can listen to the show anytime I want. I think most of the people are "out there" to varying degrees/extents, but I still find it to be highly entertaining especially when it's on a topic that I find fascinating.

Back when I was driving 18 wheelers from coast to coast, in the 1990's thru 2010 Coast to Coast AM was my go to companion nightly, With a long night of driving thru the desert west, or mid western plains, or the east coast, Coast to Coast Am and a big thermos of coffee got me thru many a long nights. I enjoyed Art Bell a lot, I didn't like George Noorey at first but after a while I grew to enjoy George as well. With Art the show seemed more creepy, more ground breaking and controversial. Art was a doomsday prepper before it became mainstream, Art was a smart show operator/entertainer, many times suggesting Govt surveilance of his program, or Govt intimidation of show guests, Black helicopters flying over his home base in Parumph, NV. I don't listen much anymore, but I do have many fond memories listening, From the kingdom of Nye Coast to Coast AM.
