there was an animated version of "Red Nails" with ron perlman as the voice of conan and mark hamill as the voice of tolkemec that was actually in production for like 5 minutes or so.

does anyone know what in the hell happened to that and why it was never completed? i've done a few searches on the interwebz but haven't found too much.

As far as I know it is stalled for some reason after the writing and voicework were finished, Mike. Not sure what the hold up is, actually.

yeah, that's pretty much what i came up with too. ah well, i thought maybe one of the good folks on here had read/heard something about why this had been abandoned.

too bad 'cause it sounded like it could've been a hell of a animated version...
