I am looking for short horror films for my mobile phone app, Popcorn Horror.

Any suggestions or any advice on the best way of tapping into the horror and filmmaking communities in your area (I am based in Scotland)?

No mention of how much compensation you offer to those whose films are selected. Is it a flat rate for a set period of time, or determined by number of unique views?
