Children of the Living Dead? And to think we all mocked that film... :shifty:

Seriously though, it's pretty awful, but is it just me or do those articles sort read like the beginning of WWZ?

the first thing i did was look up the World Health Orgs list of reps and there is a Dr. Joaquin Saweka assigned to that part of africa. that takes care of this being some sort of media hoax.

certainly interesting but calling it "zombie" is a bit much. all these folks seem to do is sit around, wander off occasionally and like to play with fire from time to time.

I'm not a doctor but i have some serious background in science and i would bet this is:

a previously unknown parasitic disease causing epileptic symptoms (since it doesn't appear contagious) which doesn't respond to the usual meds.

if drugs like dilantin, zonegran, clonazepam and diazepam aren't stopping these seizures then this is something way outside of the known.

oh and why is it always africa that gets the fucked up shit? aren't things crappy enough there already? give 'em a break for fooks sake.
