Osombie has a release date of 05/14/2012 in the UK (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/search?keywords=Osombie&tag=lfproductpageamznwidget-21), on Blu-ray and DVD (for some reason the Blu-ray is showing as £9.00 while the DVD is £10.99). Sweet. A German and American release date isn't far behind.

And who was the production company who made this film?

I hope they included a recreation of when Tim Osman visited the White House.

It looks like pure propaganda shite.

Well, from the Amazon link I provided, it appears to be "Signature Entertainment."
EDIT: scratch that, that's just the distribution company.

from imdb:

"The story follows Dusty, a yoga instructor from Colorado, who is on a desperate rescue mission to save her crazy brother Derek, a conspiracy theorist who is convinced Osama bin Laden is still alive, despite having been buried at sea. In Afghanistan, Dusty falls in with a team of NATO special forces on a secret assignment. Turns out Derek is not so crazy after all, and that Osama has returned from his watery grave and is making an army of zombie terrorists. When the group crashes headlong into the growing zombie apocalypse, Dusty and the troops must find and destroy the root of the zombie insurgency before it infests the rest of the world."

Add this to the statement in Vanity Fair by one of the producers (Kynan Griffin):

"VF: So what’s with the soldiers always taking off their shirts before fighting zombies?

KG: I think we’re following in the fine tradition of movies like 300 and Spartacus, which are also overwhelmingly aimed at men. I think it’s probably a male secret that they like to look at well-sculpted men as much as women like looking at beautiful women in beauty magazines."

WTF is with this guy? Replace the fighting scenes in 300 and Spartactus with shirtless men standing around oogling each other then see if this theory holds any water with male moviegoers.

This movie looks like triple distilled shite that will most likely only be aired on fox news channel as a service to their viewers with erectile dysfunction.

I dunno man, sounds like you're jumping to some conclusions before the thing is even out.
