Planet Rock was released 30yrs ago today. An influential track that changed dance music profoundly. I certainly remember it when I was a kid and thinking "wooow!"
It obviously 'borrowed' from Kraftwork (eg: Trans-Europe Express (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBGNlTPgQII#t=1m00s)) and I'd love to know what the out of court settlement was to them :)
