Going to be interesting to see how this compares (quality/style wise) to the UK moden day Sherlock!

ELEMENTARY stars Jonny Lee Miller as detective Sherlock Holmes and Lucy Liu as Dr. Joan Watson in a modern-day drama about a crime-solving duo that cracks the NYPD’s most impossible cases. Following his fall from grace in London and a stint in rehab, eccentric Sherlock escapes to Manhattan where his wealthy father forces him to live with his worst nightmare – a sober companion, Dr. Watson. A successful surgeon until she lost a patient and her license three years ago, Watson views her current job as another opportunity to help people, as well as paying a penance. However, the restless Sherlock is nothing like her previous clients.

I usually don't go in for the whole bashing US television for remakes, but there's been so many Holmesian shows and it would be pretty hard to top the recent BBC series. So I'll just watch some Psych till the next series of that becomes available over here.

The BBC series has been very good so IMHO, except for the Baskerville episode which was a little daft IMHO!

Already saw a commercial for this show, didn't realize it had been filmed and set with an air date. Looks atrocious.
