What radio program is this?

I found it rather entertaining for a great laugh. If Art Bell was the host of this show this guy would have been called a "wacko" by Bell after about 60 seconds after his unadulterated ramblings and promptly kicked out (that or Bell would have kept him around and mock him for awhile first).

If anything, this "interview" really makes me miss Art Bell (although I do like John B. Wells on Coast to Coast AM).

Yay for conspiracy radio. I do not think the government has said anything about it one way or another. Except the local and they are saying it is drugs. I see no reason to no believe them on something like this. This is just a rambling mess.
