From the folks behind payday: the heist, a 3rd person group based shooter where you try and rob a series of banks whilst fighting the police, are rumoured to be working on their valve team up as a prequel to the first game in the series.
I imagine this will be a lot more up some folks alleys in some respects, people running in your way, rioting and looting, pretty much what operation raccoon city was supposed to be.
