I've watched the first episode - pretty decent - obviously there's a slight shift, being that it's aimed at kids, but not too much. Elijah Wood, Bruce Boxleitner, and Lance Henriksen, Mandy Moore, and Emmanuelle Chiriqui are all in the cast.
The look of the show is a good match for Tron Legacy, and they're obviously going for a 'Daft Punk sound' to try and match the aural and visual stylings of the recent movie (they're doing a good job at it, I'd say). I noticed that they even took a bit of inspiration in the soundtrack from Hans Zimmer's "Inception" score.
Anyway - figured I'd make mention of it, now that's it has started, as there was talk of it when Tron Legacy originally came out.
