Erm, that just says the international roll out will begin on Monday October 15th, to continue throughout the week following the US airing. The previous two seasons both aired in the UK on the Friday following the Sunday on which it was shown in the USA. I don't imagine that's changed, and I seem to remember reading/hearing that it'll still be a Friday for we UK viewers.

Which begs the question: Will the fans of TWD in Sub-Saharan Africa get to view the new episodes before the UK fans?

You could go the eye-patch, wooden leg, parrot on shoulder way.
I see little problem in doing so as long as you buy the DVD/BLu ray afterwards and/or watch it when it finally comes on.

At least you don't have Dish Network (like I do).

I was hoping that they would have settled their dispute by now. :(

Dish subscribers can setup with AMC to get an internet broadcast that runs at the same time as the shows air.

I would imagine this applies to international DISH customers as well. It's a live stream, and the page doesn't appear to ask for account details. And I doubt that AMC is in a position to verify account information with DISH anyway.
So those of you across the pond can probably just register for the live stream and get it at the same time as it airs in the US.
If necessary, just use Andy's suggestion of configuring your browser to use a proxy server.

Yeah, AMC will also very likely have the premiere episode available on their site and Facebook within a day or so of it airing. They've done that with the previous season premieres. The first one's always free....

Yeah, AMC has been aggressively taking it to Dish the last several(?) months.

My condolences to you, TKane. Hopefully it'll get worked out soon...AMC, they do seem to like to play hardball now, eh?
