I was going to discuss this earlier, but had to attend a job fair. Neil and Mike70, you both hit the nail on the head. I am from that area, which is very weird to read about it here. I had to drive to that college back in the mid late '90's to take a standardized college exam. I remember back then, there was hardly any white students who attended North Harris Community College. Named Lone Star North Harris now. Most of the students there were black, latino, and asian. Inner-city types.
