Spartacus: Vengeance (TV series)

Have to say, after being pretty impressed with Blood and Sand and Gods of the Arena, not overly impressed so far with Vengeance.

The filming feels a bit contrived at times, with fights being over slow-mo'd and too staged. Add the story and characters also don't feel as strong.

I'll give it a few more episodes, but might give up on it unless I feel it improves :(

Well, finished it. Reasonably enjoyable, but definitely the least of the three series/prequels so far!

Will move onto the new series ("War of the Damned") now... Hope it improves on "Vengence".

Only 2 more episodes are left in the entire series. I will be watching the 2nd to last episode tonight. So, what did you think of the Terminator-like Eygtian merc?

Yeh, all good fun... But as I said, it didn't seem as good/solid as the first series and the prequel.
