This is a video game I saw a review on and was wondering if it was any good and if so is it worth having?

Well remember this was a game that was before its time man. plus his copy wasn't working

I had it for Genesis 32X CD back in the day, and it was mediocre to subpar for its time. Only benefit was being able to use a light gun to shoot pixilated zombies.

I agree with his statement. I played it back in spring '97 and it was subpar. Sewer Shark and Tomcat Alley was better.
