Although I'd rather have a traditional cartoon "reboot", I do like the style they've chosen. CG, yet still very much "peanuts".

The still image in the link makes the CG look worse than it actually is. Nice that they've given it that classic 'Peanuts' character. Keeping and eye on this one.

we own the holiday specials for christmas, thanksgiving, halloween, and valentines day and watch them when the respective holiday rolls around. my nephew and nieces are fans, too.

as long as they stay true to the time/style of the comic strip, and don't give charlie brown a damn cell phone or have the kids sitting around playing video games all day, i'm there. very pleased with the little bit that the teaser showed.

Along with that fact, there won’t be modern details to place the film in the “now.”
Producer Paul Feig says there’s a big effort to preserve Schulz’s “sweet optimism” and that “Snoopy will not be rapping, no one will be twerking, we’re in good hands.”
