How do I Embed a YouTube or Similar vid

I did a quick browse, but didn't see it as a question...

Um, how do I embed a youtube vid in a post (so that appears and is playable directly from the post)? I've tried most of the options I know, even tested some I didn't and still couldn't come up with it.

So, what code do i use? What are the tags?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks Axlish. I had just figured it out by quoting someone who had done it to look at the tags they use. Thank you none-the-less.
