As an old jaded Trek fan, the lackluster efforts of shows like Enterprise, and even the JJ Abrams movies gave me little hope for the future of the Federation.
But take the talents of Hollywood and put them outside the box, the future looks pretty good if this is what they produce. One hell of a concept.
