For those of you that love the "Zombi" album by Goblin you should deffinitely check out this new band called Zombi. They're one of my favorites right now. Total Goblin worship and paying complete homage to DOTD. When listening to their songs just imagine watching Dawn with them as the soundtrack instead of Goblin.

I'm sure some of you already know of them and/or own their material... but for those of you who don't you won't be disappointed! Trust me!

Check out both of these links for MP3 downloads.

I heard them a while ago and I like them alot. I love the 1970s Giallo music(better than Giallo movies:D ), Music form GAR (duh) , Bronx 1999 executioner future crime movies, John carpenter etc. The General Synth 70s Rockish Soundtracks. I think they really capture the vibe well. They just played in NYC, but I couldn't make it. I would like to see there set up on stage.
I'm a musician who played in alot of types of bands, but the electronic band I was in was a special kind of fun.
I like something different, to me, Zombi is different.

The links work for me, btw

Also, maybe some of you would want to check out my project (one of many), Phantasma. It's not really the same as Zombi or Goblin... but I'm my biggest inspirations when composing songs are GAR and zombie flicks in general. I dunno... maybe some of you will like it? Let me know?

EDIT: songs best listened to through loud headphones

Thanks! I take that as a HUGE compliment!

Come on, I was expecting a lot more of you to give Zombi a shot. Lets hear some feedback!

Enjoyed listening to both projects. They really do have THAT vibe, don't they? However, they're both generally far too synthetic for my liking. I prefer as many 'real' instruments as possible which is probably why I favour Goblin's earlier work.

Zombi is a two peice band that plays live ALL of the time. Composed of bass/synth player and drummer/syth player. Yes, like Rush, they can do both at the same time in certain parts. They play very much "real" instruments.
