Apparently Daft Punk won't be returning (no news on Garrett Hedlund either at the moment, so it seems) and will be replaced by Skrillex.

Latest news - Olivia Wilde and Garrett Hedlund both returning for Tron 3, as is director Joseph Kosinski. :)
