Very cool of him to not only deliver the prosthetic to the boy, but also stay in character as Tony Stark. I love how shocked he was that the boy knew his real name and didn't refer to him as just Tony or Iron Man.

Chris Pratt(Star Lord) and Chris Evans(Captain America) have also recently been going around to children's hospitals in their respective costumes. It's really awesome of all of these guys to brighten up these kid's days. I know I would've been on cloud nine if I'd met Christopher Reeve or Michael Keaton back in the day...

...and don't forget Johnny Depp going to Great Ormond Street hospital in character as Captain Jack Sparrow as a thank you after they helped his daughter who had kidney failure. He went around the kids in character. He also donated £1m too...

Saw this earlier today...definitely hit home.

Man, he is always good with kids in these videos...even the one where he makes the kid cry because he's not dressed up as Iron Man.
