Slightly worried story and character is being lost to "big special effects"...

Well, it's the first trailer. They're got to spunk some set pieces up the wall to make a big splash and a good first impression, get the hype train rolling etc. Being that it's Bryan Singer behind it, and going on the strength of the previous two flicks (as well as X-1 and X-2), I think we're in safe hands. :)

I'll certainly be watching it - when it hits telly box. I go to the cinema only like once a year now.
