That aside, it certainly looks like the game - the bird flying around a tower, the dive at the end (into, presumably, a hay cart), the fancy fighting. Might we finally ... finally ... get a good videogame-to-movie adaptation? About the best we've had is Silent Hill, and that's certainly not without flaws. Hopefully it has a sense of fun to it, doesn't get too up it's own arse and plodding, but also has a respect for the franchise and an understanding of which elements of the videogame will work well in the entirely different format of a film.
