Did everyone hear about Tarantino's news at the San Diego comicon over the weekend? Kurt Russell will be the villain in his feature and John Carpenter is thinking of doing the score. I was pretty geeked about this movie already but this sounds like it is going to alot of fun come next Spring. :)

No sweat. It's really not that old. I just saw it today myself (I think it must have been posted in the last few days).

Good news, as far as I'm concerned, though I hope he doesn't use the same Snake Plisken voice he used in Escape from L.A. It doesn't sound right on him anymore, for some reason. It seems too forced. Maybe less artificial gravel in his tones would do it. I think it's pretty cool, personally.

I would imagine that it will be Rodriquez's score. He usually does his own.....plus IMDB says he's doing it...
