Likewise. Some of Moore's Bond movies were a bit ... iffy ... but he also did a bunch of really good ones such as The Man With The Golden Gun.

He had a good, long life though, and it was filled with success. :) Farewell, Sir.

IMHO, the best James Bond right after Sean Connery.

Sad news, but it sounds like he lived a good life!

Yeh, heard that today. Another childhood familiar face gone. Have to admit to never being a fan of his James Bond, but Moore himself was an absolute gent and completely able to take the piss out of himself, which is rare among the fragile egos of movieland.

Have a soft spot for 'Live and Let Die', but these days probably wouldn't watch any Moore's Bond films. I'd stick on 'The Wild Geese' in a heartbeat though.

Saw Vendetta for the Saint not too long ago. Liked the guy. Never had much of a relationship to him as an actor, tho.

He was in Spice World.

He was in Spice World.

The lowest point in his or any other actor's career.
