As you say, the first half of season 9 has been really good and Angela Kang is knocking it out of the park. The sheer pace of those first 8 episodes was very welcome, too, and certain narrative decisions helped shake things up as well (e.g. an old enemy returns, but rather than make that a drawn-out plotline to be resolved in the mid-season finale, it was dealt with almost immediately by Carol, who quite rightly isn't going to let anything fester).

Looking forward to the back-half of the season. :hyper:
