I just can't fathom how it even exists... But then people even believe in things like Astrology and the power of crystals I guess...

Staged in terms of them knowing how the fight is gonna play out and the 'stories' and all that stuff, but the physicality is real. You can't hurl and smash yourself about without incurring real physical harm over time.

Steven Seagal knows akido, karate, judo and many other dangerous words...

There is the story at a Stallone party he and Van Damme got in to an argument and Van Damme asked him to go outside with him. Seagal didn't... :)

He didn't want to hurt Van Damme...

The whole thing is a show. They know how to pull such moves without getting seriously hurt. "Pro-Wrestlers" are actually stuntmen.

He didn't want to hurt Van Damme...Nice of him! Van Damme would have been no match against Seagal's bullshido.

There's also stories of Seagal. eg: Show boating on the set of "Under Seige" saying no one could choke him out. A stunt man on the set said he'd take on the bet (it was a 60yr old Gene LeBell :)) who then promptly choked him out, resulting in Seagal messing his pants.

Seagal had him thrown off the set.

Seagal has one secret lethal move, though, his "touch/punch of death", if you will: unleashing Vladimir Putin on yo ass!

That's how his Ninja masters taught him. He blends in with the wind. Unnoticed. Silent. Deadly.

You gotta know what to do with your arms.

Tom Cruise knows what to do with his arms when running.

Tom Cruise is a "girly man", to use Schwarzenegger's famous expression. Seagal is a beast. A juggernaut. A relentless, unstoppable fighting machine. His skills in bullshido, kraprate and fakendo are simply unmatched.
