It's been over 4 decades, and still no one has been able to make a better dragon movie than Dragonslayer (1981) It was all done the old-fashioned way, with well designed & constructed small scale models and large size "puppets". Computers were only used to smooth out the stop-motion animation of the actual physical models. Nothing so far can beat those old-fashioned special effects. CGI still looks too cartoony and artificial. It's perfect for a movie like Tron, which happens within the artificial virtual world of a computer network, but nothing else, really.

Well, this was actually a good solid romp. Nothing particularly astounding, but definitely a good fun flick.

Can imagine a sequel...

Just watched this again. It is good fun.

Annoyed no talk of a follow up :( But there is talk of a live action TV series but who know in what style?
