Master of the Flying Guillotine (1976) appears to be the granddaddy of all "blind super-assassin" movies. One of the most amusing Kung-Fu films ever.

But the most outrageously amusing of them all, following the well-established tradition of the "handicapped super-fighter" Kung-Fu subgenre, was beyond any shadow of a doubt The Crippled Masters (1979), using REAL handicapped martial artists... and they can kick our collective assess, for sure.
