EBay question - Can you accept a "buy offer" easily?

I have an item on Ebay. I did not put up a "Buy Now" price on it, but someone has offered me a reasonable price via email.

Can I simply now simply accept his PayPal payment, and remove the item? No potential problems?

yea, just make sure there verified paypal first. and get payment before you pull the ad. also how far into the auction is it.

yea for sure, no problems, people pull ads all the time. the reason why i say wait for the paypal transfer is to avoid having to relist.
