Question for Knightriders fans

I just watched Knightriders for the first time, what a fantastic movie! Romero did it again, creating an awesome movie on a shoe-string budget. I was surprised to find some negative reviews on imdb. Anyway, my question is....is the juggler guy who hooks up with the gay announcer the same guy from Dawn, the cop of the docks who is obsessed with finding cigarettes? Looks like the same guy, but they dont mention it on the commentary.

Yes, that's Randy ("Got any cigarrettes?") Kovitz. The gay announcer Pippen is Warner Shook, the snooty brother in Father's Day from Creepshow (and the zomb Flyboy shoots in the boiler room).
