Britain is famous for it's kneejerk reactions to media, just look at the 1980s with video nasties ... fast forward to videogames and then we have all that wank about Manhunt ... mind you, it was funny to see the UK reaction to the whole Hot Coffee "scandal" in America. The BBFC said they wouldn't change the rating on the game (it was 18 rated already) and people polled on the street couldn't understand what the fuss was about - same reaction to the whole Janet Jackson's nipple thing.

But oh yes, we've got some major kneejerk-ologists here in the UK *cough* MediaWatch *cough*.
