:lol: Wow.... I found that hilarious even before I went to the website

One of the songs in the show is called "What the **** was that?" That's right! "What the **** was that?" Try and top that Andrew Lloyd Webber!"

:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I'd love to hear the song lyrics to this thing.

I can't tell if this is a joke or for real, but either way, it is a pretty funny site!

I know you can't believe you see everything on the internet, but this looks legit.

I couldn't get the homepage to open at work...but here's the link.

I just got back from seeing the saturday showing of it, I got front row center in the "splatterzone" it was amazing. YES I got blood all over, yes they gave out plastic, NO I did not wear it, i'm going to frame my bloodly clothes. The place was packed, looked sold out. I wanted to stick around and see if I could get something signed by the cast, but the people I was with wanted to leave, I'll probably go see it again just to do that. I definitly recommend it for any evil dead fan, and go for the splatterzone, not only is it cheaper ($26 compared to $61/$66!) but you can get strange looks from people outside in NY!

Again, highly recommended! A++

It ain't Cats!

Saw Evil Dead the Musical (http://www.evildeadthemusical.net/). It's a big bucket of bloody fun! Get seats in the splatterzone, if you can.

Can't do it justice with a review. The whole thing is true to the spirit of the film and full of nasty fun.

My only minor complaint, the 'young Ash' didn't say, "Groovy" right -- wrong inflection -- at least at my showing. On the other hand, this kid can really sing, and he does favor Bruce -- great casting. Of course, it'd be even better to see the play, while sitting next to Bruce...

NOTE THIS FROM THE MYSPACE PAGE:

Bruce Campbell will be attending Evil Dead the Musical to see the show in person and then to do a "Talk Back" Question and Answer session with the audience after the show.

November 2nd 2006 ONLY!

DISCOUNTS

There are discounts to be had, if you look for them. The Evil Dead Musical Myspace page (http://www.myspace.com/evildeadthemusical) had an intro offer of 50% off tickets (http://www.evildeadthemusical.net/eblasts/myspace.htm), when we went, and the USO has them at 50% off as well, for those with military credentials (Plum Discounts) (http://www.usony.org/).

Right now, there's even an offer "Give Blood/Get Tickets" from the NYC Blood Center on the My Space page. I bet many of these offers will disappear soon, so check 'em out FAST!

You'll be humming What the F*ck was that? to yourself in no time...
