Is there any specific program out there used to make DVD slip covers? I am at a lost of how to make one and get all the dimensions down.

Well, for Deadlands we're using Acoustica CD Label Maker which will allow you to create graphics not only for the slip cover and dvd case insert, but also the cd/dvd itself. For the covers I print them right out of Acoustica, but the discs I export them as a JPG and use a program called Epson CD Print to print the graphics right on the disc. ;)
Link: Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker (http://www.acoustica.com/cd-label-maker/)
FYI: Acoustica allows you to lay in already created jpg's and other picture files. You have to create or download those first, then use Acoustica to create the cover or disc using the picture files you created or found.

I found Discus doing a google search for "mac dvd cover program" or something along those lines. It didn't look too expensive - $39 USD, but I would check out independant reviews prior to purchasing just to make sure it's a good functional program. From what I saw on the website, it's a lot like Acoustica, so it seems like it might just do the trick for ya. ;)

Go to discmakers.com. They have templates there for box and disc art.

Also you can make a cover by youself using special software. There are a lot of freeware software you can download e.g coverxp, lightscribe, dvd label software (http://www.ronyasoft.com/products/cd-dvd-label-maker/templates/full-face-label-template/)(my favoirite:)). They are all easy in use and have user friendly interface, but as people say, every man to his own taste. Good luck!!!
