Meh, they're worried about what'll happen if they say anything. They don't realize that the fallout was because a) Neil didn't like DC; DC formed the PPS, and b) some moron took it into their head that the PPS was out to "fudge the rep system."

The Pittsburgh Pimp Squad was this group an old member came up with. We tried to get the new people involved in the site by becoming a member of the PPS so they can get to know more people. Because we were giving out reputation points to each other someone figured we were actually abusing the system... So the leader was banned and we were all warned for it.

Now since there's no rep system, the PPS can actually do what it was meant to do: Create posts and get new people to become a part of the board.

If that were true, Minion, then why have the Inner Circle? PPS is a group within a group. Just like the other. The only difference is that we are not "ordained" by the powers that be and the Inner Circle is. And the other difference is that anyone can be a member of the PPS... not so with the other one.

And we have no secret forum, either.

The irony is that the "inner circle" was set up so long standing members who were pissed off at childish crap like this could get away from it and talk in quiet. They also weren't breaking rules, or doing anything that a myriad of other forums didn't already do - the majority of forums out there have closed sections.

Also, the only requirement to be in the inner circle - which quite frankly, is not the bitching, back-stabbing and powerful place some people seemed to believe it was, while completely ignoring what everyone else said - is to have been around for a while and not be a trouble maker or childish idiot.

With this sort of crap going on, no wonder many old timers left and never came back - they even said it themselves.

I won't even bother pointing out the other ironies in your statement...

Sven was banned for his flaming and bad mouthing. You seem to omit this for some odd reason. Personally there's only so many insults I'll take before kicking someone. And someone saying I should be dead really isn't very nice now is it!
