Surprised they would put the unrated directors cut on basic cable tv.

Looks like it's the Region 1 version of the film (based on windshield blood in the bus scene). Also the foul language is muted. Uncut? Yeah right...

Must have missed it, went out to eat. After watching that Day 07' trailer, I'm surprised I haven't barfed it up yet!

When is it on?

Why anyone would want to watch Dawn 04 is beyond me, let alone a censored version.

In the UK, the Sci Fi Channel has been known to show Day fully uncut from 9pm onwards. :D

i got to see the dawn the other night
and i was surprised how much gore was being shown

and as far as day being on sci fi
it is true they chopped it up so much
the movie doesnt make sense

yet i was watching this sci fi "original"
movie called blood suckers and it had
more gore in it than you could imagine

it is about vampires from outer space
and there was this scene where the vamps
take this guy into the woods
and rip him to shreds and start eating him

this was all shown
and yet day was chopped up

it makes no sense

so yeah anyone
if you see that day of the dead
is being played on sci fi
dont even bother to watch it

No kidding breast shots are verbotten on basic cable but arterial blood spray and gunshot wounds to the head are fine?

go figure...

I was feeling vulnerable after almost slashing my wrists after watching the Day 07' trailer. Forgive me!

how emo.

anyway, after letting it settle for a few years yawn 04' aint THAT bad, though i still stand by my previous statement.

the first 15 minutes were excellent but when it has an a-team garage construction montage you know its crap;)

I wonder if the A-Team construction montage in Dawn 04 was an intentional homage to Stephen J. Cannell?
