Just play the DVD, then hit...I think it is control V, then later control P to paste it.

Also, PowerDVD can, but you may have to resize the pictures so that they fit the size limit for the site.

use powerdvd and click on the capture button its a little camera.:)

VLC Media Player also has a great capture feature.
