Are these warning bars on every memebers posts when they log in and so other memebers cant see it or is it only on mine??

I cant see these warning markers anywhere but my posts seems slighlty worrying.

Nah it's all good.

You can only see your own warning bar. Everyone has one, but members can only see their own one.

Also another question is how do you lose a bar? How do people take them away from you?

You can click the word "Warn" next to your post to view your personal warning log, at the moment, you dont have any points anyway.

To answer your question, only staff can add or take away warning points.
