synopsis

The diet enzyme from a low-carb diet has the unfortunate side effect of making its test subjects crave human flesh… As the killer disease overwhelms the whole population, the government and rich turn their back on humanity and retreat into protected walled cities. The 'Dregs' have to fend for themselves against both the zombies and a psychotic mercenary army called the 'Upper Class.' When a zombie killer named Kane appears, the bloody slaughter of zombie and human rises relentlessly. More Low Budget Horror Fun from the Scream house Label.

Actually, it was, except they wern't zombies.... and quite frankly they didn't look like they'd had all their body fat burned off by the drug either.
