Gutted. Loved the man. One of the most photogenic faces in the business. His kind will never be forgotten.

I didn't recognise the name but got the face.

I remember him from Young Guns, Hawk the Slayer and City Slickers.

Leg-end! :(

Edit: Jesus! Look at all the **** he has been in:

there was a DVD I picked up in a supermarket once called "Cop in Bluejeans" for $1. It was made in Italy and is 100% PURE Cheese!
The first time I saw Mr. Palance was in a movie called Shane - 1953 (western) he played a great badguy in that one!

I am surprised no one has mentioned BATMAN (1989), or TANGO & CASH (same year)

I just watched spaced recently and didn't pick that bit up, I thought he said 'frog the slayer' or something and was referring to a comic book.

Heh, and Krull; that was as bad as Hawk.

Remember when he was on that awards show and someone made mention of his age...then, he dropped and started doing one-handed push-ups? Hells Yeah!!!

Damn...all the real tough guys are dying off...:(
