An accordion is often called a squeezebox, the reference they're referring to is a song that is kind of a play on words though. The line in the song is "Mama's got a squeezebox, Daddy doesn't sleep at night" there's also a line in there about "In and out and in and out" as well as someone saying "Squeeeze me"
