Oh man....I just watched "Where the Buffalo Roam" last night. Boyle was a good actor. And he wasn't just "dad" in "Everybody Loves Raymond".

The Wiard is gone....:(

Ah damn!

While not a comics guy, I do watch Everybody Loves Raymond ... damn that sucks (aye I've seen him in other things, like Taxi Driver) ... :(

He was looking rather thin in the final season, but that was a couple of years ago. Damn. :(

Boyle in Young Frankenstein was pure genius. I will sorely miss him. All I have to look forward to is the Young Frankenstein remake with Will Farrell as the Monster, Owen Wilson as Dr. Frankenstein, and Ben Stiller as Igor.

its odd i never got his reaction to what
ron marz did to the charecter of hal jordan

it is a shame that both these guys have passed on
at least mr boyle leaves with a great series that was loved by millions
behind him that will go on in syndication for ever
so at least future gens will be able to laugh at his great talents

the good ones keep leaving this junkyard of a planet
to go play a better room

To quote Boyle's Frank ... HOLY CRAP!

I've been watching ELR on the Paramount Comedy Channel, it's great stuff and Boyle's Frank was a fantastic character.

There wouldn't be a Super Bowl without him. Read the link and you'll know who he is and what he has done for American football.

Wow, I didn't know that Martin Nodell died. I met him at a comic convention either last year or the year before. It's a sad day for comic geeks :(

RIP Mr. Nodell

Peter Boyle was hillarious. We all know that.

RIP Mr. Boyle
