Apple entering the console war?

It's just rumor at this point and IGN usually gets all the prelimary facts wrong. So take it with a grain of salt.

It does, however, seem to have some validity, considering Apple's success with the iPod.

If Apple jumped into the console war it would be suicide. Saying that, it would be DAMN interesting to see what games they would release.

They're not saying Apple is talking about doing this. They're creating a scenario and who they think would be most likely to do it.
