Just found this ultrarare NY cable tv phone in with Sid Vicious, Nancy Spungen, Stiv Bators and Cynthia of the B Girls from 1978. Below are the first two parts of a three part programme, with the last part to be broadcast on You Tube soon. Wow, where are they finding all this footage from?
