An excellent short film called Alive in Joburg. The director is Neill Blomkamp, the future director of "Halo".

Joburg is a mockumentary about a race of aliens living amoungst humans in Africa.

That was friggin' awesome! It fizzled out a bit towards the end but wow, the face off between the military and that alien was mindblowing. If this guy's doing Halo then I guess we're all in for a treat.

I agree about the bio-suit scene. The special effects were amazing, and it was just so incredibly directed. The enitre scene was done with CG actors, vehicles, and everything except the land. Halo will definately have amazing action. No boubt about it. I can't wait untill 2008 if the project gets picked back off the shelf again.
