"A dangerous sex offender who went on the run after breaking a curfew on Wednesday is back in police custody.

Kevin Aldred, 39, a registered sex offender, was captured in Oxfordshire within an hour of Thames Valley Police launching an urgent media appeal for information.

Aldred, who was released from Wood Hill High Security Prison in December last year after serving a jail term for indecently assaulting two women in the street, is being held at Oxford Police Station and will be returned to jail for breaking the terms of his licence. "

Blimey, for a change things were sorted much quicker than usual. Good! :)

He was probably let out because there's no room in British jails anymore. You can't trust a sex offender, keep them under lock and key I say.
