Probably, like the judge in the UK who said people should have shorter jail terms, including murderers - WHAT?! :eek: What kind of super-duper-f*cking-juper glue is he huffin'?!

And there was a case, in America I think, recently where some psycho directly blamed a videogame, but the judge threw that notion out saying it was bollocks because other factors in the nutters life were more than likely the cause of the person's actions.
