ewww vista my first thing is to put a tri boot, with xp, and a linux flavour on it. but word on the web is anything other than vista voids the warranty ... which sucks. BTW it turns out the real deal is the card has its own 256 dedicated with 256 also shared making a possible 512 gfx card. Cant wait to play some source on it :D

Not to o burst your bubble but that laptop is worthless for any hardcore gaming. The processor and HDD specs are below standard for todays gaming needs not too mention the allocated system memory is useless as Vista needs the entire gb of ram provided to run.

The processor is too weak although dual core 1.6ghz isn't good enough. I have a single core processor cranking out 2.6ghz from AMD with a GeForce 7900GT on my desktop system and even that is below standards for todays gaming. Do yourself a favor, send it back and take that money and build a dual core desktop you can make a killer gaming desktop for what you laid out for that laptop.

Sorry to break the news to you like this Tbag. I wish more people would consult members of the board who are into PC gaming, especially when it comes to laptops.
